This Is Southside was born nearly 10 years ago, following Steve South's increasing desire to make a difference in the SME market place.
Steve is the original founder of the company, and has more than 30 years experience of leading a wide variety of organisations, from 5 to 500 employees
Our experience is across a variety of industries including Media, Marketing, Advertising, Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Agencies, Industrials, Construction, Recruitment, Clothing and IT to name a few
Since the formation of the company, we have worked with over 300 SME organisations and worked with them in a variety of ways, but all with the same intention, to generate growth
We now advise, consult, mentor, train and coach companies and senior leaders of UK Businesses to help realise their goals.
As well as working with a broad portfolio of clients, we also work with 11 highly prestigious University Business Schools, supporting them on MBA, MSc, Help to Grow Initiatives and the renowned Goldman Sachs 10,000 Business Growth Accelerator programmes
